Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the mymanager service (mymgr.app), provided by FOP Gelfandbein Borys Leonidovych (“we”). The service operator, contacts, prices, payment, subscription cancellation and refunds are listed on the “Legal information” page (mymgr.app/legal-en); how personal data is processed is described on the “Privacy” page (mymgr.app/privacy-en). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service and job sources

mymanager collects job listings from several external sources (employer sites, job boards, selected Telegram channels and similar) and shows them in one feed. We are not the employer and do not publish these jobs in our own name: the content, freshness and accuracy of each listing are determined by its original source. A job may be removed at the source before this is reflected in the feed. An employer or source can ask us to remove a listing through the “Job removal request” page (support@mymgr.app).

Who can use the service

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for actions taken under it. Profile data, CVs and search settings are for personal use and are not shared with third parties except as described on the Privacy page.

AI features are advisory

Job-to-CV match scores, suggestions and other AI features are guidance for your own decisions, not a guarantee of employment, an interview or any level of income.

Your CV

Text is first extracted from your PDF CV by a technical text-extraction tool. If the text is unreadable (for example, a scanned image), you may choose to enable recognition through an AI model (Vision).

Current and planned features

The personal job feed, AI matching, application tracking, CV tools, hiding jobs and companies, and salary display in your chosen currency are available now. Learn, Goals, cover letters, CV tailoring, and the mobile app are planned directions without confirmed release dates.

Payment and subscription

Prices, payment methods, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are described on the “Legal information” page. Paid features are available during the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for automated bulk data collection, circumventing access restrictions, sharing your account with others, or anything that breaks the law or the rights of third parties. We may restrict access to an account that does so.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for listings published by third parties or for employers’ decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce material changes on the website or by email before they take effect.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@mymgr.app; cancel an active subscription first. We may restrict or end access if these terms are breached, and will tell you by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This does not limit any rights a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
